Based on your requirements, ness will provide list of candidates matching your expectations for the role. Each of the candidate has to pass interview and technical test.

Interview

You can schedule interview with candidates that are matching your expactations. You can always verify candidates during additional round of interview.

Contract signing

Once you select our consultants, it’s time to sign agreement. We guarantee continuity of work – no risk of absence at no extra cost compared to permanent employment.
